This award-winning consomme first came with a strong tangerine peel fragrance. Chicken and wide range of ingredients were added resulting in a rich taste and layers of flavors, everything was just all right!
參考了太史五蛇羹的做法,本身是冬天佳品,此道菜則用雞絲取替蛇肉,再將大量花膠、木耳、冬筍等材料切成幼絲,加上了南乳薄脆,配合老雞金華火腿熬煮的老火湯,由多種材料製作而成,有著濃香的陳皮味,雞絲增加了口感,可說是有多重口感,但未至有太大驚喜。
